Parmesan Zucchini Rounds
Thanks to Michael Antonelli for creating this recipe as he was thinking of ways to use up a bunch of zucchini grown by our favorite farmer, Howard Boswell. The result was a delicious side-dish that has great flavor, a tiny bit of spice and cheesy goodness. You will want to double the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 Zucchini
¼ cup oil (olive, avocado, vegetable, etc)
2 tbsp Perfect Bite Bee Butt Honey Chipotle Seasoning
½ cup parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
Directions:
Cut zucchini into ¼” rounds. Brush with oil on top, sprinkle with Perfect Bite Bee Butt seasoning and then cover in parmesan cheese. Air fry on 400 for 4 minutes. You can also bake these on 400 or grill until cheese turns golden brown. Enjoy!
